Why This Index?
Travel is one of India’s most powerful consumption stories. Rising incomes, expanding aviation and airport capacity, a booming hotel pipeline and the shift of bookings to digital platforms are turning how India moves, stays and experiences into a listed, investable ecosystem.
The India Miles & Memories 35 Index tracks 35 of these businesses. The 23 listed travel names form the 2022 base and later IPOs enter only at scheduled quarterly reviews, while four weighting lenses reveal the effects of scale, breadth, concentration control and investible float.
